Summary
Icon Export is free to use for core icon generation. Unlock Pro is an optional voluntary tip that removes ads for one (1) year on the browser where you activate your license key. Due to the nature of digital products, all Unlock Pro purchases are final once the license key is delivered or activated — no refunds will be issued, except where required by law or in the limited exceptions below.
1. Overview
Icon Export ("the Service") is a client-side app icon generator. You can generate and export icons at no cost. Optional Unlock Pro purchases are processed by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. By completing a Pro purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. What Unlock Pro Includes
Unlock Pro is a voluntary one-time purchase that provides:
- Ad-free use of the Service for one (1) year from the purchase date
- A license key delivered by email after payment
- Local activation in your browser — no account required
Unlock Pro does not lock core features behind a paywall. Icon generation remains free whether or not you purchase Pro.
3. No Refunds on Pro Purchases
Because Unlock Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for any completed purchase, including:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to activate the license key after purchase
- Failure to use the ad-free benefit during the 1-year period
- License key already sent to your email
- License key already activated on any device or browser
- Partial use of the ad-free period
- Clearing browser data (you may re-activate with the same key within activation limits)
4. Instant Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, your license key is delivered immediately via email. By proceeding with checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of this digital product and waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital content under consumer protection laws, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. License Key Activation
After purchase, activate your key on the Unlock Pro page. Once a license key is:
- Validated with Lemon Squeezy, or
- Activated on a device or browser,
the purchase is considered fully delivered and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
6. Limited Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund only in these rare cases:
- Duplicate charges for the same order
- Confirmed technical billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification
Contact us within 7 days of the charge with your Lemon Squeezy order ID and purchase email. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may disable the associated license key and revoke Pro status. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to Lemon Squeezy and relevant authorities.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service or new Pro purchases after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
