By accessing and using Icon Export ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service License

Icon Export grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the core Service for personal and commercial icon generation at no charge. This license:

• Covers all free icon generation and export features
• Can be revoked if you violate these terms
• Does not grant you ownership of the software

Unlock Pro is an optional voluntary purchase processed through Lemon Squeezy. It provides ad-free use for one (1) year on the browser where you activate your license key. Pro does not restrict access to core features. Pro purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Generated Icons Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

• Your source images that you provide
• Icons generated by the Service from your images
• Generated ZIP packages and their contents

We do not claim any ownership or rights to the icons you generate. You are free to use them in your projects, applications, and products.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to upload and process your images
• Respecting intellectual property rights of others
• Ensuring generated icons comply with applicable laws
• Maintaining the security of your device and browser

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of generated icons
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding compatibility with specific devices or platforms

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Quality of generated icons
• Any errors or defects in the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Icon Export and its creators from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your generated icons infringing on third-party rights
• Content you provide to the Service

9. Intellectual Property

Icon Export and all its components, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated icons) are owned by Icon Export, its creators, or its licensors.

These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any material without prior written permission.

10. Service Availability

Icon Export is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability or uptime
• No service interruptions or downtimes
• Advance notice of maintenance or changes
• Future availability of the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
